Remaining owner and guardian jointly approve a replacement.
Seven-day on-chain delay, with independent owner notifications.
New wallet accepts; old wallet loses the role. Its allocation is preserved.
Guardian configuration remains inactive until both owners approve and the guardian accepts. A single guardian has no financial powers. This arrangement cannot recover both owners if both lose access.

Upgradeable modules must initialize through their proxies, lock implementation initialization, preserve storage layout and pass upgrade tests. Proxy addresses—not implementation addresses—must be used by the frontend. Upgrades require both owners and the agreed delay.
